Payment conditions
Students are requested to pay for lessons ahead of time.
Payment not made within 2 days after a lesson may result in future booked lessons being cancelled until payment for completed lessons is received.
Scheduling conditions
Students are responsible to check their scheduled classes and ensure you are online or arrive in-person on time. JTNZ is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates.
Privacy Policy
JTNZ respects your privacy and allows you complete control of your information. We share none of your information with anyone for any reason.
Exam assessments
JTNZ is not responsible for student NCEA or other exam assessments and will not assist with the correction of assessment projects outside of normal lesson time. Nor will JTNZ be involved with writing on behalf of students for assessments.
Requests for assistance outside of lesson time will be handled in lesson time. Eg. We want to avoid back-and-forth email requests and queries that take up substantial time but fall outside of paid lesson time. In the future, these requests will be handled in lesson time only, or on a T&M basis per student as agreed by both JTNZ and the student.
Very young students
While JTNZ welcomes many different age ranges of students, we have an expectation of reasonable behaviour and the ability to use the computer during our lesson times. For students of Intermediate ages or below, we expect the students to be able to independently attend the online lessons and pay attention for the duration of the lesson.
Contact us if you have a young learner as there are good options available for Japanese tutoring in the Auckland region.
